WHY ATTEND THIS EVENT
The success of the inaugural NZ International Property & Building Expo 2018 will return to run in
conjunction with the conference. The Expo was created in response to the demand from previous
years' events and also the many enquiries NZCBIA has received from Chinese investors and
entrepreneurs throughout the year. 2017 was the first year of the Expo, with much success attracting
over 10,000 people over the two days. The Expo has been designed to both connect Kiwi suppliers
with Chinese builders, Chinese suppliers with NZ local market, and Kiwi industry professionals to
Chinese clientele.
Plan to join the marketplace for urban development stakeholders – developers, designers, architects,
suppliers, contractors, and other project professionals for direct interactions, especially targeting ethnic
Chinese in New Zealand. It will be the most comprehensive display of the latest technology, solutions,
materials and design trends to the building and construction industry striving to give productive
experiences. This is the event you should participate!
The Conference and Expo are the premier events to engage with suppliers, contractors, developers
and consultants in the NZ Chinese community and from China. Over three days, attendees are able to
make contacts that on their own could take months to visit, as well as discovering the latest products
and services on offer.
The Expo attracts quality visitors with well designed booths and workshops that allow exhibitors to
engage with their target audience.
